I initially said I wanted to cancel after she logged in to my etsy shop and it got suspended. She said she had already started working on it and I got the impression you couldn't cancel then. Our shop has since been suspended 3 times because of an association with another shop called slimey1papaya. We are new sellers and have no previous shops or accounts with etsy. The seller works on many accounts and we assume that she worked on this account and the association is repeatably getting our account blocked. I am not happy with the order, she has not come back to me to modify and is ignoring messages. Her work was terrible for the money and she shows little knowledge of the platform.

I’m sorry you feel that way. Your account was suspended before I logged in and I even had to contact Etsy to get your suspension off my IP address. You did not reply to me for 3-4 days and after that you barely said anything.
