I understand this is not an expensive gig, so I shouldn't expect too much. However, the seller gave me a brief review just before the delivery was due and I had follow up questions on how to improve my cart abandonment and checkout page, which he did not appear to have looked at. He said he needed stats, and as the delivery was due he would help me look at it after the delivery in messages. To his credit he DID reply to my message after the delivery was complete saying he'll "reply tomorrow" then ghosted me. Again I didn't pay so much, but principle and integrity speaks a lot about someone. Don't think I'll be using any of this seller's services in the future.
